BGFJCC Yoga Lunch

The yogi's who lunch is on Sunday, February 24, 2019.  We will head down to the JCafe after class.  You can purchase food and beverages there or bring your own.  If the weather is nice, we will sit outside.  If it's a bit chilly or unruly, we will eat inside. See You There.

Personal Practice

Effective February 3, 2019, I will be in the yoga room from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. for my own personal practice.  You all are welcome to join me at anytime.  I will not be teaching.  You can do your own practice, follow me, or just relax.  I'm working on putting my practice in writing to make copies.  I'll be sharing next week, February 10th. jo
